Probably American but they have no markings at all. Could be late 30s). Black silk asymmetrical slingbacks. High cut front of two broad bands with an off centre peep toe. Rigid sling strap which fastens with a spherical button through a leather loop. 4 inch straight heel and 3/4 inch platform covered in prong set rhinestones / paste diamonds. Silk uppers, leather lining and soles.
Good condition with moderate wear, some stones missing.
