Genuine 1940s Off White silk and gold kid wedge sandals by Salvatore Feragamo Creations for Saks of Fifth Avenue. they habe a peep toe, high cut vamp with a sling strap, supported on both sides. 3 inch wedge heel. the front is covered in gold leather bows (or kisses). Very lightweigth, Silk and leather upper, leather lining and soles.
Good condition, general wear. Some fraying of the silk on the right shoe. Left toe leather tip missing.
