Navy blue platform slingbacks with a peep toe and pleating on the vamp. Buckled strap, 3 inch Spaninsh heel. the front is trimmed with a loop of plastic set with blue rhinestones. Made by Israeli Miller for Phil A Halle of Memphis. Leather upper, lining and soles.
Very good condition, a scuff on the inside of the left heel and the lining is has a few cracks.
