Sports or casual wear suede derbies with a heavy welted sole and 1.25 inch stacked heel. Definitely pre WW2, possibly as early as 1930. I think the green is original as a re-dye just wouldn't come out this bright. The laces are modern. Leather upper, lining and soles.
Well worn but still presentable. Some wear to inside of heels.
